Tech with a light-hearted touch

While at the Panics I directed this video for Dell EMC, showing a new prototype product aimed at corporate data centre professionals named the “Server Rescue Kit”.

Since servers aren’t the most erm… exciting of subjects, in collaboration with the client I aimed to give the video a more humorous and lighthearted approach, featuring a hapless junior technician in a data centre. Our character struggles to keep the system running smoothly while his boss is on vacation, however luckily for him the Data Rescue Kit is here to help!

The actual product doesn’t yet exist and so my job was to demonstrate how it would ultimately work, and hopefully gather enough support to green-light the project.
